At AIMANORA, customer trust comes first. We aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience for our customers across the UAE. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
✅ 7-Day Issue Resolution Guarantee (UAE)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund after verification.
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

📦 Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
To be eligible:
✔ Item must be damaged, faulty, missing parts, or incorrect
✔ Clear photo or video proof is required
✔ Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Our team will review and confirm the issue before approval.
🚫 Returns Policy (No Physical Returns)
As we work with fulfillment partners and offer Cash on Delivery across the UAE, we currently do not accept physical returns.
This means:

You do not need to return the product

Issues are resolved via replacement or refund

Decision is based on photo/video proof
This approach helps reduce delays, shipping waste, and keeps prices affordable.
💵 Refunds for Cash on Delivery Orders
Since orders are paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds are processed in one of the following ways:

Bank transfer

Store credit (optional, faster processing)
Refund method will be discussed and confirmed with the customer after approval.
⏱ Refunds are usually processed within 3–7 business days after confirmation.
🛑 Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this time, orders are processed for dispatch and cannot be canceled.

❗ Order Confirmation (Important for COD)
All Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call before dispatch.
Unconfirmed orders may be automatically canceled.
